ADAPTER

In your room there are international plugs in the bathroom and the safe. On your desk you will find a European plug. For all other needs you may buy one for CHF 25.00 at the front desk.

ALLERGIES

Allergy pillows and duvets can be ordered on request at no extra charge. Please inform the reception.

BATHROBES

A bathrobe is available upon request at the front desk, also available for purchase off CHF 69.00. Please see the front desk for more information.

Additional linen and pillows can be found in your closet. If you need anything else just let us know.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served in our restaurant, Monday through Friday from 6am to 10:30am (CHF 29.50), Saturdays and Sundays from 7am until 1:30pm (CHF 29.50). Breakfast is also available in your room at the same cost, please call the front desk or the Restaurant for the order. We also serve individual items in our À-la-Carte menu.

CURRENCY EXCHANGE

You may exchange Euros and US Dollars at the hotel’s exchange rate.

CITY TAX

Zurich charges a city tax of CHF 2.50 per night and person in addition to the room rate.

COFFEE / ESPRESSO / TEA / KETTLE

The coffee machine and the kettle are available free of charge.

DEPARTURE

Check out time is at 11am.

Late check requests are available at the following charges:

Until 1pm: CHF 20.00

Until 2pm: CHF 30.00

Until 3pm: CHF 50.00

Overnight rate applies after 3pm.

Our front desk staff is available 24 hours per day. The direct extension is 711.

INTERNET

For free WIFI please connect your cell phone with „Free Mercure Stoller Zuerich“.

INVOICE

In case of a long stay, please pay your invoice every 7 days or upon reaching CHF 1000.-.

IRONNING SERVICE

Please contact the front desk for an iron and an ironing board. You also have the possibility to make use of the laundry services at an extra fee.

LAUNDRY SERVICE

Laundry dropped off at the front desk prior to 10am will be returned the next morning. Express service is available at 100% surcharge and will be ready same evening. In case of loss or damage the hotel is liable to pay only up to 10 times the respective laundry/dry cleaning cost. Dry cleaning is available upon request and is not available on weekends and public holidays.

LINEN CHANGE

With regard to our environmental program you may choose to use your linen and towels multiple days. If you would like to have your linen changed daily or need extra towels, please contact the front desk.

LOST AND FOUND

Found objects will be kept for one year.

LUGGAGE STORAGE

We will store your luggage free of charge between your arrival and departure.

MINIBAR

Your minibar contains soft drinks which you can enjoy free of charge during your stay. You may order additional options at the front desk. These drinks will be charged to your invoice.

PARKING

Parking is available in front of the hotel for CHF39.-/night.

Parking in front of the hotel is at your own risk. The hotel does not assume any liability for damages.

PETS

Your pet is welcome in our hotel for an additional charge of CHF 25.00.

PHARMACY / DOCTOR

On the Albisriederplatz you can find two pharmacies and doctors. For hours of operations please contact the front desk. In emergencies please dial 144. (Ambulance / Doctor charges will apply).

PILLOWS

We offer a variety of pillows (soft/medium/firm/hypoallergenic). Please contact the front desk between 6am and 7pm.

POST CARDS / MAIL

Post cards and letter with stamps can be given to the front desk. For all other services the Post Office is available at the Alibsriederplatz. We do not accept packages or mail prior or after your arrival.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

From the Albisriederplatz you have access to the number 3 Tram, which takes you directly to the Main Station, the number 2 Tram to the Paradeplatz or to Lake Zurich.

RESTAURANT

Opening hours in our Restaurant Stoller:

May until the end of September: 6am until 11pm

October until the end of the April: 6am until 10pm (Sundays till 3pm)

Weekends and holidays we open the restaurant at 7am

ROOM SERVICE

You may place your order during restaurant opening hours. Please call the front desk or the restaurant for orders. The menu can be found under www.stoller.ch.

SAFE

All rooms are equipped with a safe with a personal code. Using the power in the safe is at your own risk. We do not take any responsibility for damaged items in the safe.

SANITARY ARTICLES

Miscellaneous articles are available in your bathroom. Additional products (dental and shaving kits) are available at the front desk.

SEWEING SERIVCE

Sewing kits is available at the front desk. Other requests might be able to be accommodated, please contact the front desk for more details.

SMOKING

Our hotel is 100% smoke free. Smoking is not allowed. A smoking fee of CHF 150.00 will be applied to deep clean the room. If the fire department arrives due to smoking in the room you will be charged CHF 2,500.00.

SHOE SHINE

You may drop off normal leather shoes between 7am and 6pm at the front desk. For your personal use, you may find a cleaning machine on each floor by the elevators.

Please dial “0” for an outside line. Local calls are for free. International calls are not possible. For internal the room number directly. In case of an emergency or if you need further information, please contact the front desk at 711.

TOILETERIES

Following single bottles can be ordered at the front desk: Conditioning Shampoo, Bath Shower Gel, Body Lotion plus a soap bar.

TV/RADIO

On your TV you have many national and international programs. Please push the “Guide” button to view all of them.

VALUABLES

Please deposit valuables in your in room safe. For articles that are too large to deposit in the safe you can put them in our hotel safe at the front desk.

The hotel is only liable up to the amount of CHF 1000.00 as long as any member of the staff is in any way responsible. If the safe was in use the hotel is liable up to the amount of CHF 2500.00, assuming the safe was used correctly and code for the safe was not left unattended in the room.
